Climb and pour

A session on the limestone of Demir Kapija with a local climbing guide. Sectors are chosen for the group: bolted routes from grade 4 for a first day on rock, harder lines for those who want them.
Harness, helmet and shoes are provided. Afterwards there is a seated tasting of five wines at the bar, with a board.

Vineyard walk
€40 per person2 hours
A walk through the rows at a partner estate with the winemaker, covering how the vines are trained, when the fruit is picked and what happens in the cellar. The pace is easy and the ground is level.
It ends with five wines from the estate, poured with local cheese and cured meat.

Terroir in a bottle

A sealed glass bottle of soil from a Demir Kapija vineyard, flecked with limestone.
Each one comes with a card describing the plot and tasting notes for the wines grown in it.
